I wonder why Adamek chose to train in the Pocono's for the McBride fight?

And will they do the same training routine in the Pocono's for a Kiltschko fight?

Probably went for the seclusion in the mountains where he can get really serious about training. I know he wants that HW Title more than anything...

Its fightweek & I'll be sitting in The Pru Center before you know it! Looking forward to seeing Lyakovich, also.

Maybe because so many Champions from the past trained there. Ali made it his second home. L Lewis, too. The mountain air helps bring out the Champion mentality. Adamek has it. He's working on strengthening that mentality.

    Physical strength breeds mental strength.:deal

Adamek trained a lot in the mountains in Southern Poland. He probably enjoys the mountains, and the fresh air, and nature. Not to mention it is probably a good and easy place to focus on one thing..

Hey Fat, thanks for asking. :!:

I guess you can say its going better. The Chinese lady engineer has come to realize that I'm valuable to her, even if I don't know all the buttons to push on the computer. I'm catching alot mistake she's making & that is making her look good. Its the same old story. Been doing this for years...If I didn't know what I was doing, her mistakes would slide right by me.

Still alot of pressure to get loads of work done in an unrealistic amount of time. Thats why engineering SUCKS!

    But the pay is good!

    ;)

Your right...he feels right at home. But I still think he's going the extra mile to get ever bit of his skills working to their maximum.
