Floyd sucks. He's a good little fighter, but he is crazy over-rated. Floyd knows he's not that great. If he believed he was as good as he says he is, then he would have fought Margo, Cotto, Mosely, et cetera. Why can't he fight a welterweight? It's ridiculous. The welters are stacked, and the so called # for # has to find a lightweight to fight???
    :huh

I think the point he was making is that the reason Arum is unwilling to concede any percentage on the purse is because Pac pays a lot to him via the 27% management fee.

For Pac to earn the kind of money he would deserve in that fight Mayweather would have to take less money which isnt going to happen.

Mayweather knows a 50 - 50 split is fair but its called negotoiation. He's trying to meet in the middle but I guarantee the 27% Arum gets means he cant settle for 50 - 50.

What I will agree though is that this Mayweather - Arum bad blood is hurting the sport.

    Margarito, Cotto, Pac

We're being deprived of some good fights.

You think that Hatton who charges in face first with no head movement is in the same league as Mayweather? Mayweather brutally stopped hatton too! (Please don't make s stupid comment about how Pac did it faster, we all know that doesn't mean a damn thing in boxing)

What Mayweather is saying that Arum control's Manny, and since he feels he can't deal with Arum he is telling Manny to become his own man so they can do business without Arum. The same thing hapened with DLH. The fight didn't happen until Mayweather left Top Rank so he could deal with Oscar directly. But I still believe at the end of the day the fight will be made somehow some way.

I believe you're missinterpreting the statement. That's understandable as Floyd is not great with words. Floyd has stated numerous times that he would love to fight Pac. What I believe he's trying to say in this quote is that it's not Pac's decision whether or not the fight gets made. It's all up to Arum and team Mayweather. Therefore, Mayweather feels no need to talk to Pac or respond to anything he says in regards to a fight between the two cosnsidering Pac has relatively little to say in the matter. There would be absolutely no reason that Floyd wouldn't take this fight if the right terms were offered. Even if he were truly scared shitless of Pac or losing his "0", he would still take the fight because of the massive payday that he would stand to make. Nobody in Floyd's position would turn down an 8 figure payday.

You are right . . . definitely not. Mayweather doesn't charge face first like Hatton . . . he runs away face first. :yep
