I would be surprised to see Maidana land anything flush on Floyd Mayweather

He's just too much of a grand wizard for Maidana to land any crude looping shots.

What a mismatch this will be, oh well.. good on Maidana for getting a payday I guess, boring fight for the public to watch, they better stack the undercard with something.

The looping shots might help him. Technical punches of Canelo didn't work. Maybe weird angles will.

He will most likely land some when Mayweather goes to the ropes but nothing that will seriously trouble Mayweather. This will be a one-sided UD for Mayweather with Maidana frustrated, swinging wild and even trying dirty tactics here and there.

I honestly can't see Maidana troubling him, even if Mayweather has slown down considerably.

Floyd has a good chin, extraordinary recuperative abilities and can actually stand in front of you and make you look absolutely silly, specially crude guys like Maidana... in particular an orthodox fighter like Marcos, if JMM couldn't land **** how on god's green earth is Maidana going to land anything significant?

Maidana is in for a one sided, dominant whooping...

Source?, i though Chino would be getting more than 2M, but if that is true won't he get a slice of the PPV money as well?.

To be fair, JMM had his moments against Mayweather and actually landed some but nothing worth noting of course. Totally agree regarding Maidana, he's far too wild and predictable. Mayweather would literally counter every move he makes and will make him swing wild and miss all night.

He had big troubles even landing flush on Broner.

And even when he lands flush, nothing happens.

Khan received his best shots flush on the point of the chin, and he didn't even went down once! :patsch

all signs point towards a mayweather UD but ya never know, maidana has been improving with every fight, he might just pull off the upset of the decade! he will land something and test mayweather. mayweather will not see it coming and maidana will catch him with something wild unless he gets caught like a deer in the headlights like canelo did
    (quite possible). we'll see!!

khan was 2 years ago and maidana has improved since then. if maidana were to fight khan tomorrow he would KHTFO!!

His post was downright bizarre, especially about the Broner fight and outcome but even Khan got sent to the Hospital and was bloodied up so yes something does happen when Maidana lands flush.

He has to get inside to even have a chance of landing although I don't really see that happening. I figure Floyd will pot shot him off the back foot, turn out of his punch range, and tax him every time he tries to bull inside ala Hatton. Now that I'm thinking about it, Floyd just might stop Maidana.

I can see Maidana getting pulled out late in the fight, he can't match Floyds skill in any way, shape or form.
