I would call the fight off if he (Cotto) comes in weighing more than (147lbs).

I guess it's possible that Cotto would come in over 145, but there's no way he would come in over 147. And if he does then I agree with Roach to call of the fight.

If they'd still fight at 147 then WHY NOT JUST MAKE IT AT THE 147 GD LIMIT TO BEGIN WITH?!! I hate catch-weights. I really do.

Roach and Pac are very confident of this fight. They want to back Cotto into a corner that if you go over 145, we make some money off you.

Truth is Pac couldnt care less about the two pounds, only the money to be made off it. He is confident that stylewise they hold the advantage either at 145 or 147.

Had they feared the weight, then they would have asked Cotto to come in at 142 like they did Mosley.

Cotto came in at 146 vs. Clottey and with the training camp hes having and the early jump start, he can shed that extra pound easy w/o any problem

    Crying? :huh

I don't know where in Roach's comments states, implies, or insinuates that he's disgruntled, whiny, or expressing any discontent. He announced his willingness to compromise and allow the fight to transpire even if Cotto fails to make the agreed upon weight; so if anything he deserves to be commended.

Agreed. I especially hate catchweights when the fighters are in divisions right next to each other. This should have been at 147.
