who wouldnt want to see a rematch of these two warriors? as a big cotto fan i would love for cotto to get his revenge and with a new trainer and an improved cotto at a weight where he is comfortable it would be one hell of a fight i pray that it happens!!!

if it happens let it happen at 154, this way the *****s can sit back and watch a repeat of the 1st fight go down, and not have a leg to stand on regarding the weight, But I am sure they are going to say well Mayweather softened him up took what he had left....

Cosigned. The first fight was great and I don't see any reason the 2nd wouldn't be just as great. And either guy has a case to be made for a shot at Mayweather after winning.

    I've seen that movie before.

    It's first 3rd was amazing.

The final act however was undramatic and predictable.

    No need for a sequel.

    Cotto got KTFO..

No rematch warranted. and he freakin' lot badly to Mayweather. Plus, he has no belts.

  10. I know what happened the first time... but I also know that if I boycott the rematch, I might miss a great and historic fight.

**** that ****, I'm all over it. I've paid full PPV price for plenty of Mayweather fights that left me unsatisfied and kinda robbed/violated. Pacquiao vs. Cotto didn't do that. Pacquiao vs. Clottey did... but not Pacquiao vs. Cotto.

    I'm not convinced of this.

What is apparent though is that Bradley and Cotto were/are two different types of preys - and Pac's predatory abilities are better suited to hunt Cotto.

I would love to see Cotto fight Pac again. I think Cotto can beat him as long as he isn't weight drained.

Pac fans forget that Pac fought at 147 in a fight before Cotto and the fight immediately following Cotto. Somehow he was only too little for Cotto.

People forget that? Good thing you're there to remind them. Did you forget DLH was not a legit welter and Manny came up 2 weights just for that fight, then promptly dropped down?

What do you suppose the odds would have been for Pac Cotto before Pac fought DLH? What was your prediction on it at the time?

If Cotto accepts 150, no worries about being weight drained. That's the weight he requested for the Marg rematch (despite being champ at 154), together with a 160 rehydration clause. Many welters go above 160 fight night.

I'm sick of Pacquiao fighting all these recycled rematches. But hell, A good fight is a good fight.
