I would love to hear a justification from Ward on why he uses Victor Conte!!!

*Conte is known worldwide as the man who owned BALCO.
*BALCO is known worldwide as the place where top athletes took non detectable performance enhancing drugs.
*Conte was caught and pleaded guilty to illegal steroid distribution and spent 4 months in prison.
*Shane Mosely, a top boxer, was involved in the BALCO scandal.

Why would any current, top athlete want to associate themselves with a man recently at the centre of the points listed above??

 

African American fighters or athletes are the way they are because they use undetectable drugs I have no doubt about it, look at roid jones, mosley, mayweather the list is big. Andre Ward is in the making to be star he will roid himself to death.

 

So other than the fact that you're racist what supports this? When Mosley did dope he was very open and honest about it and has been under incredible scrutiny ever since.

As for Conte, I agree that while it may look suspect to work with him he is still an incredible expert on athletics, nutrition, etc. He effed up and got caught, should we deport every convicted felon? If Ward is using a breathing aparatus there's nothing wrong with that, it just simulates living in a high altitude for a higher red cell count. It's a manipulation but I do not see it as cheating or all athletes that live in the mountains would have an unfair advantage.

 

What has deporting people got to do with anything?

 

Using a breathing apparatus is usually an excuse used by professional cyclist to explain unusual high hematocrit levels. These are usually more than likely caused by the use of EPO.

I usually don't like to fuel speculations like these, but looking at Conte's roster of clients it is hard not to be a little skeptical about the nature of his supplements.

It involves multiple successful bodybuilders amongst them Ronnie Coleman. And they are definitely juicing their dicks of!!

 

My point was that ex-cons should have the right to work without stigma. For the majority of them they basically have no options because no one wants to hire them. If Conte is on the up an up then I don't see a problem working with him.

Yes, I understand the implications of it, but in general since it is possible to just actually use those pressure breathers or whatever without doping I am inclined to give people the benefit of the doubt. Good point though.

I won't pass judgment on Ward. I will say however that it is beyond stupid to be affiliated with Conte as a professional athlete.

 

I don't think you can justify it, but maybe he wants to give Conte another shot. Even though I would avoid working with him, I don't think it's wrong to forgive and give him another opportunity. The feds would keep an eye on him this time, so he's most likely legit now.

 

Seriously? He's been providing supplements to almost all of the Mr. Universe winners from the last decade or so. His core business must've come from bodybuilders... Being a pro athlete you don't do **** like this for charity. If you wanna do charity then you donate money to a local church refurbishment or to Sudan you don't hire a convicted steroid pusher, which is what Conte basically is.

 

Fellas what you aren't understanding apparantly, is that Victor Conte is the absolute best at what he does, that is not a matter of opinion that is a well known fact. You can insert the "best at what he does" jokes here, but the fact of the matter is that he is the foremost individual in his field in the world. That is why these athletes would associate with him. Furthermore he is the "most watched" man in the industry it isn't as if he operates free from monitoring or restrictions. If you educated yourself on the topic the man is brilliant, and it's not about just suppliments he has designed technology for training that is state of the art. Dawg I'm just saying read the information find out the deal before just giving speculative guesses. You don't have to wonder aloud, you don't have to guess, all the answers you seek are available and are stated from the parties involved. Not being a dick, I'm just saying it's all there.

I am not racist but its true they abuse roids to win. If you see somebody amazing like roid jones something is wrong. Just look blacks from africa or latin america they are not amazing at all they are the same as every fighter even the elite. But for some reason African American perform %1000 way better why? What make them so different? undetectable ROIDS!. They make us believe they are better Athletes but the truth always get revealed at the end. The best African American and maybe the best fighter in the last 20 years was Sugar Ray Leonard he was good but never amazing, he was not breaking necks or bones with a punch like mosleyroids or royd jones. You cheaters. Then you criticize Margarito for using loaded gloves I agree he is a cheater too but how clean figthers may win if the black americans are cheating? everybody will have to cheat for a chance to win.

African Americans, specifically AA's not just Africans, for over 200 years were effectively bred for physical labor in order to be better slaves. So yes, it is in fact f*cking genetic.
