African Americans, specifically AA's not just Africans, for over 200 years were effectively bred for physical labor in order to be better slaves. So yes, it is in fact f*cking genetic. So some AA's today do seem to reflect those genes. So let it end there, whether you intend to or not your comments seem racist.

It is what it is... the truth.

People need to stop thinking that "not being racist" means "ignoring race". Race is the good and the bad, but we are all still individuals to which some observations may not apply. :good

You can insert the "best at what he does" jokes here, but the fact of the matter is that he is the foremost individual in his field in the world. That is why these athletes would associate with him. You are talking out of your ass. When a person is providing supplements to Milos Sarcev, Ronnie Coleman and Dennis James just to name a few. Then there is no reason to look further. These individuals don't get big by eating rice and chicken, the right vitamins and drinking protein shakes.
