In Haye's first fight at HW I would love to see him fight Olander Solis. Get revenge for that amature loss. I would go with Haye by UD or late stoppage

Interesting match up. Word is Haye HAS to fight somebody in the top ten of one of the four orgs, its in his tv contract. Where is Solis ranked?

Is Jameel McCline in any of them? That would be a good matchup for him, get him a taste of Wladimir's size, since its pretty inevitable that they'll face off

Haye needs to stay away from the bomber's and take on one of them pubic fisted heavy's like Chamber's ect... for his first fight since moving back up.

If Haye get's bombed out in his new heavyweight run it would be a disaster.

We're not talking about the amateurs now. Haye is a world class pro boxer and Solis has been nowhere near that kind of level.

Haye would absolutely obliterate him, it wouldn't even be funny.

Would be lucky to get 30 seconds into the first round before Oner was trying to ring the bell.

We're talking about the same Solis right? Only 9 pro fights, never above an 8 rounder?

The reason he's 250lbs is that he's out of shape. Is this supposed to be an advantage now? Haye will be sculpted at 230lbs at HW, I'm not sure what you think Solis will gain from the extra 20lbs of blubber.

Haye may have 'proved nothing at heavyweight' but Bonin is a class above anyone Solis has fought in the pro ranks. It would be nuts to put them in the same ring as this stage in their respective careers.

Excellent post. I am hoping Haye can make big waves and I have been a fan since his amateur days, but his chin and defence are not good and it is too early for people to be going overboard until he has at least partially proven himself at the new weight.
