I would no longer pick Cotto to beat Pac or Mosley, Margarito ruined him

After watching Cotto's last 2 fights after margarito, I have to say he is no longer the same. He seems to have lost some of his speed, as his punches used to be faster and he used to land more. When he was in trouble against other fighters, like Shane or Margarito he would throw combinations and run, tonight he just threw one punch at a time while he ran. he has also definatly lost his punch resistance as I felt Clotty stung him a few times and Clotty is not that big of a puncher at all. He also seems to be easier to hit, as Clotty had little trouble landing his jab. The cotto that fought Judah and Mosley the first time around is long gone.

I think Cotto will lose soon and I hate to say that because I am a cotto fan.

It seems exactly like Hatton, after Mayweather beat him, he just wasnt the same. Ditto to Cotto after losing to Margarito. he took far too much punishment that night and Margarito probably had loaded gloves too.

But because Cotto looked so bad, maybe no Floyd and Pac will want to fight him!

Why people saying it's because Cotto looked bad? IMO it was all Clottey that didn't let him do much, he can throw fast combos and has a very good defense.
    He'll make anyone look bad.

Man people here are like boxing writers that say negitive things. Clottey style will not make anybody look good. Even Margarito barely beat Clottey. Both Clottey and Cotto fought their heart out and nobody is really prasing both man for a very good close fight. I wish people stop with this "Pacquiao would ko Cotto" garbage cause the way Cotto fought. Clottey and Pacquiao are totally different styles for god sake. I bet even Pacquiao wouldn't easily beat Clottey.

Yeah, that was a horrible cut. Clearly it distracted him since he kept wiping it with his gloves. It wasn't a pretty win and I feel that it was more of Clottey losing the fight rather than Cotto winning it but still, that showed guts. And it seems Cotto was able to take Clottey's best shots pretty well.

Before making such a claim, you should consider the fact that Cotto had to deal with a horrendous cut that bled into his eye and obstructed his vision. He fought on and made a very close fight so to say Margo ruined him is overstating things imo.

I know the cut affected him and im definatly ackowledging that. And I know Clotty is a hell of a fighter, but what I am arguing has little to do with clotty, I think he has lost his speed and his punch resistance, so regardless of the opponent it wouldnt have mattered he has declined a bit. But even before the cut it was a relatively even fight.

I don't know how you manage to type using your ass but you seem to be doing a good job. Mayweather called him out even before that and was turned down with "Not ready" stickies.

If it took you this long to see that Cotto is vulnerable then don't expect the rest to be in your pathetic level of knowledge.

Mayweather vs. Cotto is a waste of Floyd's time...IMO
    (& I can't believe I'm saying this....But it's true.)

    PBF was right all along.
Mayweather by easy UD or maybe a K.O.

Lets see how the others would look against Clottey. I guarantee none would stop this robot.

Void would not do so well against Clottey. When Clottey headbutted Cotto Cotto could not see out of his eys.

Clottey would be lucky to win a round against PBF, and thats assuming he doesn't have 1 leg like he did tonight.
