I would put Lewis Ritson in with any lightweight in the world right now...

    If I was his manager.

Yup, that includes that guy from the Ukraine.

Bit far, that defence needs tightening up a lot. If Cardle could bang, he could’ve been in big trouble tonight

I agree...big size and strength difference tonight. If a more natural guy at the weight was banging him like that...things would have been different.

That's just it. He is what he is. He aint ever going to have defense, but man is he relentless. He's just built kinda stiff to avoid punches, so why waste time? He is a monster on offense, I would just put him in a title shot now.

I wouldn't go quite that far, I think Loma UD's him, but he's a danger man for sure.

Hyperbole much. Love watching him but Scott Cardle is light years behind World’s best 135.

Ritson would be crucified. Well worth watching his development and he’s a tough, aggressive fighter but Ritson is nowhere near a world title shot.

On one hand he can be glad you're not his manager, but on the other the cash-out might never come for him now.

I was wanting him to fight Campbell before going that far lol, still I was very high on Riston too but he's clearly got a ton to work on. But like Tennyson he might never be able to take it to the body.

Just another fighter who's suffered from having his learning fights televised to the millions and being showcased to the world too early.

Yeah, he lost, that's boxing, I would still put him in with anyone. He's a legit top 5-10.

Not close, he has many things to work on before he's ready to beat fighters in the top 5-10.

He can learn from this and come again. He is only young and been rapidly pushed the last few fights but with all due respect if the like of Paterson are beating him he has a lot to learn and isn’t top ten at all.
