I would recommend any fighter to avoid Bradley

you couldnt once catch bradley as intentionally headbutting, theyre opposite stance always causes friction and if devon wasnt jumping forward with his arms open trying to grab onto bradley every 3 seconds he wouldnt have got cut cuz thats the only times he got close to bradley

Come on man. Are you serious? Nobody is talking down on Bradley, but there were GLARING issues with his performance tonight.

-- He couldn't cut off the ring
-- He was easily stuffed/wrapped up inside
-- He was winding up like Superman
-- His punch rate was LOW
    -- His jab was pawing
-- He was fouling out of frustration (holding the head and hitting)
    -- His defense was C+

Bradley clearly won this fight, but he is not ready to call out FMJ, Pac, and I think he may have a tough time with Khan. Hell I think Maidana might get him with that "swing from your waist" crap he was trying.

Seriously, Khan and Maidana's came out looking better with this fight than Bradley did. I say that liking Bradley.

I am surprised more people on the board arent upset about it, cuts happen and if it was a one off then that is different but his opponents get cut all the time and he plows right in head first over and over, it just gets to a point that when is the ref going to stop calling it accidental when he has a history of it and when he dives in with that head coming forward.

he tilts the head and lets the other guy come into it, that is the way to do it so it doesnt look like its intentional.

Alexander was rushing in with his head as well, and the headbutt that ended the fight is every bit his fault as much as it is Bradley's. And yeah, Bradley would handle Khan without too many problems.

Exactly. Also, both guys showed similar body language after taking the butt.

I want to say Alexander wanted out, but at the same time, so did Nate Campbell. Maybe only a man in there dealing with that noggin dodging it every exchange understands.

Advising other fighters to avoid Bradley is just ridiculous. Alexander was responsible for most of the head-butts, especially the one that made him quit. Alexander throws 2 punches and then reaches out to hold. When he does this he tries to reach out around Bradley's waist to pull Bradley toward him and hold him. When Alexander does this his hands are down by his waist because he is using them to grab around Bradley's waist. While Alexander does this his head and upper body is put forward and at the same time Bradley is throwing punches and thus a head-butt occurs. This is mainly Alexanders fault for reaching out and grabbing Bradley instead of having his hands up and protecting his head.

What does Alexander expect, Bradley is throwing punches he pulls Bradley right into him with his hands down concentrating on holding instead of keeping his hands up.

Yes, Bradley has head-butt fighters in the past, but in this particular fight the butts were due to Alexander's attempts at reaching out and holding Bradley's waist.

First off you must haven't read many post if you say that no one is talking down because many clearly are, secondly i never gave any input on how he would fare with anyone else and from all the other fights i've seen Tim in he fought exactly the same way, so why the hell are you or anyone else suprised at his performance.

And Tim is a decent fighter but i'm no fan of his, i just call it like i see it. and if you ever watch this fight again Tim landed some stiff jabs but people only notice what they want to notice and frustrated? I didn't see that at all, as far as defence he didn't get hit flush the entire fight so i have to rank that as an A, if i'm wrong point out to me where he was hit cleanly.

He deserves a bit of criticism. He didn't look good. He is still well in the mix at 140. Nobody can deny this.

Fair enough. I am just surprised he wasn't able to better deal with a fighter this unwilling to engage. He handled Witter well.
