I've had it with boxing, this is the final straw. It's totally corrupt and I'm not being a mug anymore paying for it.

I said that after the Khan Peterson fight and I've never felt the same way since.

Dunno about that mate, he looked guilty as sin. If your gonna step in, make sure you mean it, he didn't know what to do once he got into that position, he looked unsure. And no ref should be unsure, they are supposed to be in there to protect the fighters, Enzo landed a couple of good punches when Ovil was on the way in, I agree with that, but Ovil was throwing and missing a right hook, that if it landed would have taken Enzo's head of, that punch was coming and all I can say is the ref could see it to.

But he wasn't sure about it, and looked guilty after it all, he even apologized to Enzo.

What I will say is that he is a godamn awful referee, this isn't the first time, he is awful. I'll never forget the Mcphilbin-Enzo fight, he didnt know what he was doing, he was calling knockdowns for slips, the time counter didn't have a clue what he was doing.

Ian John Lewis shouldn't be a loud to ref another fight. Simple.

Credit to Ovil, he is gonna give Enzo a rematch and wasn't cocky about it.

I personally think he was stepping in for Enzo's saftety, but then looked at him and regretted the decision.

    Ho hum ..

Every thread i read on here seems to be littered with craney posts waffling on about nothing in particular.

Do yourself a favour craney and go outside and live a little instead of trying your best to be public enemy number one on here.

Ive never ever put anyone on block on a internet forum in my life or felt the need to do so until you came along.

Going out of your way to act a muppet on a forum must really be one of the saddest things to do.

Appalling stoppage. One clean punch was landed, it rocked the head back a bit, but it was the first clean punch and after that the rest were basically hitting gloves and "the rest" only includes about 5 punches.

If you are going to stop a fight for that, then you basically have to stop every fight where a boxer lands a 2 punch combination or more.

Well. Everyone knows Enzo has suffered some sickening losses and IJL didn't want that to happen again I guess. Enzo might have been a little hurt, but not hurt enough to warrant the stoppage from what I've saw. Who knows though, maybe Enzo was hurt and IJL didn't want to see a bad ending.

The decision to stop the fight was poor, but were not the referee. So who are we to judge!

    That's pretty much it

Once he made the stupid decision to step in he had nowhere else to go, he had to stop it

The stupid looking at him business too

    What a terrible terrible referee

That was a terrible stoppage I can't deny it, Im trying to think off why IJL stopped it and I have come to 3 possible conclusions.

    1. IJL looked into Enzos eyes and he didn't look all there (Its possible as he's Welsh).

    2. After seeing Enzo viciously knocked out in the past and seen the delcline in his punch resistance, he got nervous and jumped the gun.

    3. He's an incompetent scrotum looking mongo.

    Personally I think it's option 3?
