    Im sure the board have their own medical advisors, its not just a group of boxing blokes looking at brain scans and deciding if it looks good enough to box or not. Just because he can go out and find his own surgeon to conflict the boards doesn't mean the board should give him a licence.

    The board have taken advice from their own medical experts, people who do this regularly. Under that criteria he does not pass. The board therefore have a right to restrict his right to box under their jurisdiction.

    Its an unfortunate situation its clearly worth erring on the side of caution however.

    Logic does not always work in this world. My point is, if what say is true, there is a judicial route that Weaver can take, that could lead to him being licenced. The BBB of C would not ignore judicial opinion; if nothing else, because of cost.

    I'm worried again about the doors this opens to others who would fail BBBofC tests. Would the LBF allow Danny Williams to fight for example?

    well done ian weaver remember the wayne mucklock they kept him out of boxing for 2 or 3 years then giv him is licence

    Not sure to be fair. The flags represrent that he has a Spanish licence and irish manager.

    it is the LBF sanctioning it as well
