    I agree with him, Pacquiao has secured his legacy already through the fights he has taken on. Mayweather has been accused for many years of ducking the best available to him.

    Whether he admits it or not, his nemesis, the guy who could put the cherry on top of his career is right there in his division, both are in their primes and he has done what he can to avoid the fight. History will not be kind on that decision if the fight doesn't come off.
