    last nights friday fight night was my most enjoyable for a long time because darky was back, now id have much preferred had glen mc been sitting beside him and not watt but beggers cant be choosers, that guy who was presenting last night and usually commentates is dire and doesnt have a ****ing clue on boxing which gives watt his chance to spurt out whatever bull**** he likes

    i know i promised never to complain about watt and smith (??) after listening to the dunne fight with jimmy magee and dave boy mcauley saying stuff like "it was like the phantom punch from muhammmed ali" when people in australia could see the left hook poonsawat landed, or "mike tyson couldnt take kiko martinezs punches":lol::lol: from the ****** himself mick dowling, but seriously darke has good knowledge and isnt just a yes man like smith, he has good opinions and scoring and he makes the fights a lot more exciting he does his job properly

    2 or 3 weeks ago when we had the start of the season on friday fight night when we had simpson v truscott the fight was great but the 2 wankers commentating made the fight worse had darke been commentating im sure he would have been saying the things i was thinking and it would have been more enjoyable. im not paying 70 quid a month to have to mute the tele on the only boxing i get on a weekly basis

    Darkes a twat. I hated him back in the day and although he's enthusiastic he talks tooo much ****.

    Yeah but thats all hes meant to be is a commentator. Hes the one who is meant to get into it and get excited and stir it up and his sidekick (in this case Watt) is supposed to be the expert who is an authority on boxing that provides razor sharp analysis.

    Even if he is talking shite? Nah il pass. As for Jim Watt he's neither good as an expert nor is his delivery any good. He's too biased has a montonous tone and generally is pretty average.

    I am not that keen on Darke, Rawling owns him in the commentary stakes imho.

    Adam Smith has the propensity to bring on a premature hangover with that voice, it is grating.

    Both are a pair of mouthpiece morons.

    I have long given up on ever hearing unbiased commentary again in my lifetime.
    I just wish that we the fans had a commentary'on' commentary 'off' button.

    Is that too much to ask for?

    I think it would be good for sky's team to maybe rotate mcrory, piper and nelson as the "expert" alongside Smith. It is time for Watt to step down.
    As for Darke, i personally find that yes sometimes the **** that comes out of his mouth beggars belief, but I don't buy this **** that he is just a commentator. He is someone who has just a little bit more thatn a basic knowledge of boxing, and its current affairs, and it is highly unfair for someone to say he can't score a contest. I think we could all name a number of referees that can't ****ing score one either!

    I hate Jim Watt, but people like you are anti scottish ****s. You have no explanation for booting Jim Watt, you just say he should go, & rotate the rest of 'em!!!

    No wonder I am ****in paranoid...

    I put the question to you and any other ****er here who fancies an argument, yeah Jim Watt is bad, but how is he any worse than the rest of them?
