How is this guy still getting picked to officiate and judge fights?

He doesn't have a ****ing clue how to do either and clearly loves the sound of his own voice.

I didn't know he was the referee for the Bellew fight on Saturday until I saw him standing in the ring, and I knew then that he'd **** it up in some way. Chilemba would have got his deserved victory if IJL had the balls to give Tony a warranted point deduction for a clear headbutt.

What is ESB's opinions on this ****ing idiot?

  2. Yep agree and Mark Greene
I know it's tough job but if not good enough then sorry
    Richie Davies the best
I heard Ian John was good exciting fighter before my time

I don't think points deduction would have been fair for the headbutt, not intentional.

There is only two possibilities, corruption or just plain lack of good referees.

I was more annoyed that he had Crolla up by 2 rounds than anything he done refereeing in the Bellew fight tbh. I had Derry up 2 on the night whist I was there and then watching it back I get it a draw. No way did Crolla win by 2 clear rounds imo.

I have no problem with him scoring it to Crolla by two rounds, it could of gone either way, the first few rounds were close, Derry dominated the middle rounds and Crolla the late rounds.

He's always so unsure of himself in there, was he the referee that stopped Paul McCloskey against Demarcus Corley.Corley snapped McCloskey head back with a big right hand and his legs gave up a little, the ref then proceeded to jump in the middle of them and then kind of got confused there was a weird pause like he was unsure of what to do then he stopped the fight.it wasn't a bad stoppage he just seemed so unsure of himself, these are the kind of refs we don't need. Its a dangerous business,we need strong level headed refs in there who are sure of themselves not morons like this guy.

115-113 is only one round scored differently from the draw, its a perfectly respectable score

It's kinda weird that it was okay for him to see one of the worst beatdowns ever (Vitali-Briggs) but then on the other night he stops fights so easily that it's not even fair. Mckenzie - Maccarinelli...

Not corruption just pure indecisiveness, you can see how nervous the guy is.

I think that's why he stops it early, I think a lot of people were giving him stick for letting the Briggs fight go on for so long, so now he stops fights as soon as someone gets hurt
