    What do people think of him.

    Good amateur ped with wins over Helenius and Solis who had a 350-17 record.
    I know Don Charles is a good trainer and I expect him to show Ian's full potential.

    He is 31 so not young but not old either, with Dillian Whyte's pathetic ban (Who I still think had great potential) he could easily get the British and Com belts once Price vacates and I would pick him over McDermott and Skelton in the shape he is in at the moment.

    He's got good power, head movement and speed for someone who weighs 18st.

    Wins over Solis and Helenius and 350-17 amateur record. Shut up man, Solis barely ever lost as an amateur and if the guy had beaten him n had that record he'd have been off to the Olympics.

    Read what he said properly, Solis has the 250-17 record.

    One of his defeats was to Ian.

    Solis didn't lose to this guy no offense to him either but solis was one of the best amateurs around he barely lost at all. Solis beat Haye n Helenius beat Price if this guy beat both he'd have been put in big tournaments.

    I saw he beat soils and thought wow this guy must be good.

    so if he beat solis how come he never won any big am medals?

    wheres the proof of these wins?

    If you google 'Ian Lewison Odlanier Solis' the only mentions of these wins come from Goodwin Promotions website.

    Also if you search for results before 2012 nothing comes up for Ian Lewison and Odlanier Solis. The only results for this come from 2012 onwards - after Lewis first boxed on a Goodwin show.

    Surely somebody knows whether its true or not.What about Buncys mate,the Bogy man?While he prob doesnt post here,theres plenty of knowledgeable people,maybe one of Ians mates.Somebody must know.

    Claiming you beat Helenius and Solis in the AMs is pretty barefaced if untrue. Its impossible as far as I can see to get a view of Solis' amateur career record in full.

    Yeah,probably true.Did see,I think,Stevenson and Savons record in Boxing News but maybe that was from an official Cuban source but as Solis defected that might make a difference.Not sure.Bet David Hayes not too chuffed if its a load of crap.

    Bull**** he was a decent amateur the biggest name on Lewison amateur record was a loss to david price like **** did he beat the likes of Solis or Helenius

    They are just results of championship bouts. It may have been an exhibition.
