Michael "Yourhigness" King, a Congolese born Southampton resident, lost his first two pro bouts against prospects on the British domestic scene and has turned it around since with six victories on the spin.

Vakhid Abbasov, a Russian born Serbian southpaw, was a multiple time medalist at various European amateur tournaments but since debuting in 2018 has fought garbage opposition in the pros - unless you count a shot to hell Julius Indongo.

 

Yeah basically, and it's questionable how recognized they are by the rest of the sport. BoxRec for instance, completely ignores them, as they currently do the WBA due to being in a complicated spat with them. I'm not sure about FightFax.

Their main hustle of course used to be juggling the biggest pair of amateur boxing tournaments in the world - their own AIBA world championships, and the Olympics. They were banned from administering the latter after years of corruption finally roiled to an eruption, and now they seem to have switched gears and put a lot of their effort & energy into their pro division. It used to be considered semi-pro like the WSB, and now they are pushing to legitimize it and eventually have the IBA belt considered an equal alternative to big four world championships.
