    He was never the same mentally after the Tua fight; I hope he gets placed where they can help him. Boxing is the last place he needs to be.

    I wish ppl would stop suggesting the punches from Tua left him nutty. It's just silly.
     
  4. Yea i know, look at all the shots Holyfield has taken way more than anybody, and he didn't go and get all ****ed up in the head..:patsch

    How so?

    Ike was slightly unstable before, but to me, his behavior got worse afterwards and showed signs that something clearly wasn't right. The Tua fight wasn't the only cause, but I absolutely think it played a role in making it worse. Different guys react to getting hit in the head differently, and some of them react, in layman's terms, by getting a few screws knocked loose. I thought the same thing happened to Gerald McLellan after the Julian Jackson fights.
