    Yeah they are right,Ngoudjo is the mandatory and Malignaggi ain't fighting him,what is so hard?

    He was still ranked high,M'Baye was ranked high so they fought an eliminator but the IBF shouldn't press Pauli with a mandatory till about january 09

    The IBF probably realizes that Herman was robbed in a match he should've rightfully won, so they are giving him another shot.
