IBF featherweight titlist Robert 'the Ghost' Guerrero vs. Jason Litzau on february 29

If Guererro is focused, he KOs Litzau early. If Litzau is focused and Guererro is not, he could sneak out a win. Litzau has much better physical tools than Guererro (more speed, more size, and I'd argue more power as well), but Ghost is mentally much stronger, and Litzau's defense is atrocious. However, I don't think I've ever seen a focused Litzau for more than a couple rounds at a time. Two fighters who SHOULD be great, both both of them have major attention problems. I'll guess Guererro knocks out Litzau in the mid rounds while he's behind on the cards.
