    That sums it up pretty much.
    The rules that especially the IBF & WBA apply are ludicrous in some divisions.

    FWIW, Carl Davis Drumond isn't American. He's Costa Rican. He beat Saul Farah, who was inexplicably ranked well before he was beaten. He also beat shot Konkrete Davis. At some point, someone will use him as a stepping stone up the rankings, but he's going nowhere.


    Anyway, these rankings aren't any worse than all the other sanctioning bodies' rankings.

    True, if Vlad and gang were an Americans we would not be critical at all of the HWs.

    The worse thing about the HWs now is all the old ass Americans still getting good fights!
