It's official it's for Spring 2026 in United States we will have Jerwin Ancajas vs Ryosuke Nishida 12 rounds in Super Bantamweight (122 lbs), this will be a IBF eliminator for the winner of Naoya Inoue vs Junto Nakatani !

Hideyuki Ohashi trainer and manager of Inoue said that the fight against Junto "Big bang" Nakatani will be on March 2026 so this is very possible.

Ancajas has been shot for a couple years now and didn't do much of anything at 118, let alone anything which would mean he should be in line to challenge for a title at 122. Nishida ought to be staying down at 118. I like the guy but he's massively pillow-fisted and going up in weight won't much help with that problem. He could put together a very nice run at 118 still, but he won't be doing much of anything with Junto and Inoue at 122. This is a pretty silly fight.

Junto would beat both at the same time with a hand tied behind his back. Easy first defense for Junto.

I can't not understand Ryosuke Nishida... when Nakatani moved up in 122 lbs. After that Nishida is probably the best 118 lbs but he moved up too I don't think Seiya Tsutsumi, Antonio Vargas, Yoshiki Takei, current version Nonito Donaire, Riku Masuda, Tenshin Nasukawa, Takuma Inoue are better than him, and he won against Emmanuel Rodriguez & Chispa & Daigo Higa.

The only thing for explain that is that Nishida want fight Inoue or Nakatani again for have a big purse a more good purse that too be champion again in Bantamweight and defend his belt during 5 or 6 years...

I don't see him beating Inoue; you will be shoked in my opinion. This fight will remind us of Hiroyuki Sakamoto versus Takenori Hatakeyama.

I think Naoya Inoue will beat Junto Nakatani by majority decision.

lol MD? Stop overrating Junto. Yes he could hurt Inoue, but he’s was too slow and flat footed. He’s gonna get picked apart without a KO.
