IBF orders Jacobs vs Derevyanchenko for vacant belt

LOL! This backfired on DiBella nicely.
There's no money in this fight and high risk for Jacobs.
In fact he will lose.

 

It doesn't really matter, I don't see Jacobs accepting the fight.

 

I'll believe once its officially announced.

 

It did backfire on Dibella but I don’t see him losing

 

If these two wreck each other he may be less than pleased. And it could happen.

 

I'd prefer other fights but still a darn good scrap

 

Jacobs wins. Sergiy doesn't have the jab of a Golovkin and he's shorter with a reach disadvantage.

 

Not sure this ends up happening, if it does its a very good fight.

The winner would have some leverage in trying to land a Golovkin or Alvarez match.

I’d make Jacobs the favorite if it does happen.

 

Looking at the sparring I think Jacobs could be getting tagged with a left hook, assuming they fight.

 

Great fight. Jacobs has had a tough road lately (I had him edging GGG) and we all know he's too big of a risk for either Canelo or GGG to want right now.

I do like the idea of him fighting for the WBA, too.

 

DJ hasn’t looked good lately so he won’t easily get by SD.

Good fight though.

 

Unlike GG, Jacobs won't duck Derevyancheko

 

This will be a good one but unless DJ can remain elusive for 12 I think SD KO's him.
