IBF orders Uzcategui as full champ vs Caleb Plant

    Over at the scene
    Looks like Degale wisely ducked his mandatory challenger
    Yes its a duck but at this point in Degale's career I dont think many will care
    His body is finished. He needs to fight Eubank Jr or Groves to get that retirement check
    Caleb Plant is about to run into a brick wall and get beat up by Uzcategui.
    Lets see if Mr. Plant is ready and willing to fight a tough champ, and not a paper champ.
    Plant can spoil and outbox but Uzcategui is clever enough to beat him up.

    when I saw the thread I figured it was recently defeated ex titlist Caleb truax which i would have liked

    plant is a fighter I like but he's not ready

    Good fight, plant could win but I don’t think the guy has the pop required to keep someone like Uzcategui honest. Not to mention he hasn’t fought one top 15 name yet.

    The problem is, without his belt, will any of those guys want to face him?

    Nah. Degale has a name and can sell when paired with Eubank or Degale
    Uzcategui is too much for the shop worn Degale

    Plant will win. Looks like I'm the only one backing him for it, but it'll happen nonetheless.

    It's got to kill Korobov that he's reduced to fighting six rounders while Uzcategui is a champ.
