IBF president says Marlon Wright did ok and that everything was according the rules in the 12th round. She adds Golden Boy promotion did not protest officially yet.

Good call! Thank God we can put all of this nonsense behind us and look forward to a rematch because it's a great fight, not because there's bad blood and resentment!:good

This news makes me happy particularly because it helps clear Marlon B. Wright of the serious, damaging, false accusations made against him, which almost ruined his career.

Guess there is no reason for a rematch then.

IBF would get more money by saying there is controversy, ordering an eliminatory for Andrade and at the same time Bute fights Larsen and after the rematch. Showtime came for Andrade more than for Bute.

We knew this was likely. Corruption goes deep and there is a lot of politics involved.

Golden Boy has publically complained, but may want to use this to get things their way in another fight. So instead of complainign the IBF will help Golden Boy if they need their fighter to win a fight next time.

    All pretty rotten.

NB. Even Bute's own team said that they felt bad for Andrade as they have also been treated unfairly in the past. Everyone knows it is rotten, but now people are trying to spin and spin and spin.. until they find some baked-up solution they can sort-of believe in or at least make others believe in. Rotten.

Bingo. These corrupt sanctioning organizations will rubber stamp whatever result fills their coffers.

Bute legitimacy beat andrade according to the sanctioning body, it's time to get over it Andrade/Kessler/Calzaghe fans.
