I’m hoping this was a wake up. If he’s serious about boxing, he needs to drop to 260 or so. And can’t be getting out of shape between fights. You don’t have to go nuts, but you need to do enough in the weight room to not lose muscle mass, need to run enough to maintain a solid base level of cardio, and need to get on the ****ing scale daily and keep it in check.

To me it looks like we are getting Usyk vs Dubois again, and then a rematch if Usyk loses or Usyk vs Parker/Kabayel if he wins.

Usyk looks likely to be retiring after that at which points that belts will scatter and Parker and/or Kabayel (or whoever beat them) will be elevated or go into a title bout, maybe the same with Pulev/WBA.

At that point we'll likely be halfway through 2026 so so Turki will have a few belts around to give people like Bakole their promised title shot.

This is all assuming Usyk wins and retired like he said he would of course.
