You think that Chisora goes away if he gets flattened by Dubois. Not a chance.

A nuclear bomb could get detonated on London and Dell Boy still wouldn’t retire.

The IBF appears to be doing this in a move to strip the belt from Dubois as they know he is facing Usyk next.

To be fair, who else currently in the top 10/15 has better recent wins than Chisora and isn't coming off a loss?

There is only Dubois and Usyk, who already hold titles and Parker and Kabayel who are hold the WBO and WBC interim titles. Chisora is literally the next in line after those guys.

There is not much of a case for Huni, Wardley, Itauma or Ajagba etc to be rated over him based on their recent wins.

Shows how bad the HW division is has it ever been as bad? i personally dont think so. We as fans we so spoiled in the 80s and early 90s.

I have to laugh at all the over reactions on this forum.

Look at the list of opponents Wilder and AJ defended against and you criticise Chisora who is 4-1 in his last 5 fights (beating Joyce, Wallin, Pulev and Washington and only losing to Fury).

That being said Dubois hurts Chisora and stops him emphatically.

Chisora has had his begging bowl out again after his last fight. He's got no shame at all. Begging usyk for a fight and now Dubois. Telling everyone he's going to fill out Tottenham stadium. He's only going to fill it out with a really good undercard. Only reason people will go is to have a night out, have some coke and drink a few. No one gives a sht about chisora in reality.

Eddie Hearn and Warren must have said, listen, if he's stupid enough to want to carry on fighting then let's make some money off of him. He actually waltzes around thinking those two care about him. Embarrassing man.

He can't even see what's going on. He's so desperate for money that he's squandered away throughout his 40 year career, that he's willing to risk brain damage if he hasn't got some already. Such a clown but what can you do with idiots like this?

Boxers really are thick. I don't blame everyone for taking advantage of them because they don't help themselves. Got no sympathy for this wife beating thug if he ends up in a hospital soon. None at all.

Hmm... makes me wonder where all these brown envelopes are coming from

Dubois set to fight Parker, with the next mandatory being either Bakole (#3) or Ajagba (#4).
Warren sets-up Chisora (#9) and Wallin (a not there to win, #12), and somehow gets that made an eliminator.
Warren pulls Dubois out of the Parker fight last with a sick note.
Saudi money is thrown at Bakole to be a last-minute replacement, breaking-up the Ajagba final eliminator.
Warren is on the radio telling everyone that Dubois will be fighting Usyk next.
WBO step in to say, actually, Parker is next up for Usyk.
Warren, sorry, I mean the IBF declares Dubois will be mandated to fight Chisora.

Yeah, I can't quite put my finger on who might be stuffing those envelopes

That’s quite a prediction. Dubois looked good last time out, I think he will run through Chisora in about 3 rounds.

I’d only accept this fight if it’s chief support for Usyk v Parker with winners staying on

The 80s, most of which consisted of Holmes defending against guys like Zanon and Cobb as a bunch of coke-heads traded off the WBA belt and flamed out? Surely you jest. I mean, yeah, when Tyson got on the scene, but even that was just enjoyment of one great fighter crushing the flamed-out coke-heads.

And you are going to say that this era is worse than the 2000s and 2010s?

Has is EVER been so bad? Well, the color line era in which the best literally were not allowed to fight for the title. The Patterson era when he was fighting guys making their debuts rather than Foley and Machen. The awful Schmeling-Sharkey-Carnera-Baer-Braddock era. The Charles-Walcott years.
