Yeah real great fighter hey..........I knew he would take less than 50% from hopkins loool just goes to show who needed who hey nut huggers:rofl:rofl
Mundine needed the IBO to become the "Pioneer", it looks like this is not happening....Mundine has sold this title fight on the back of a historic never before achieved feat, has this been a hoax??? Who needs who...???
hey man, where you been? You was supposed to suck my **** on New Year's Eve - you didn't PM me your deets?
I ment Green and Hopkins!! I will wait and see if it comes up in the NEWS headlines :rofl:rofl. The fight is next week still havent heard any official announcement I think if this fight goes ahead without any complication a few peoples credibility will be shot down in flames and they may be found out to be a fraud:rofl:rofl
In all the fuss, people are forgetting that Mundine moving down from 168 to 154 to fight Medley is a farce, when he only managed to weigh in within the MW limit of 160 twice in 4 fights: one in which he went 12 rounds with Shannan Taylor - who was stopped in 5 rounds 2 fights later by Sherrington. the other in which he won by controversial split decision over Geale and was mandated by the IBO to rematch him - instead he vacated the belt. He should have fought his mandatory @ 168 in Kessler after calling him out for a rematch for 2 years. He should be rematching Geale instead of giving up the belt. He should be agreeing to the IBO's requirements in regards to 2 non-Australian officials for the Medley fight so that at the very least, the IBO 154 title is up for grabs to add a shred of credibility to the whole sham. I think this latest thing is simply to draw attention away from the fact that Mundine has ducked Kessler and Geale and run all the way from 168 to 154. When Nasser and the IBO eventually agree and the 154 title is back up for grabs in this fight, the 'general public' will all believe Mundine's 'Pioneer' bull****
I hope he goes down to 147 and fights N'Dou... Regardless of bullsh*t titles, that would be some effort if he was competetive
Ok good points I agree a little however, Just because he managed to only weigh in uaround the MW limit makes no difference in if he makes 154 it can be done! Ali went the distance with Joe Frazier then joe went on to be punished by Forman this only shows that Ali was a distance fighter who is capable of breaking fighters down and winning on points. I am NOT comparing Mundine to Ali but he fights the same strategy :deal So Taylor being knoked out in the next fight bears no significance on the one with Mundine. Controversial or not he beat Geale thats it he won to me it's not controversial if out of three judges two seen it same way this is why we have three judges :rofl:rofl I agree however that he should be chasing Kessler and give Geale another shot. Again I have seen no PROOF that the fight is off or that it is not for a belt a week out from the fight and all we have is this threaddeal
from Kess he ran 500 miles from Geale he ran 500 more just to be the man who ran a 1000 miles to not make weight at 154 nanana nanana nanana nananana nuthuggersatsch
