Just to put a different spin on the "Ibragimov is a runer" thing, has anyone thought that he didn't want to hurt Holyfield? Look at some fights in history, where it was the end of a greats career. In a lot of fights, the dominant fighter took it easy, because the older fighter was in trouble of getting hurt.

This could be the case here. If so, thank you, Sultan. It's the gracious thing to do.

I don't want to see Holyfield get hut, and attacking Ibragimov for not steamrolling him, makes me think people don't share my thoughts on this. Sadly.

If he didn't want to permanently damage Holyfield and "ran" to do so, then it was the right thing to do.

If he ran on purpose then I wish he would have lost. Its not his job to take care of Holyfield, its his job to win fights and entertain the crowd.

I am glad it's over and no harm came done to Evander. Sultan always respected him as we all should, Holyfield had his chance and made what he felt best with it, din't work and now it's time to hang em up Great Champ, enjoy life and move to other and better things, we are all proud of you. Farewell Holyfield and Hello New Breed, let's get boxing to where it should be always-up there!

Props to Sultan for getting the UD. He fought smart, just as he did against Briggs.

I was pulling for Holyfield (and fall to 0-2 in my last 2 picks after being on a long roll on pics; yep, the old 'picked the heart over the head' with Holyfield and Barerra. :( Ugh.), but Sultan did what he had to do.

It was boring as hell, just like the Briggs fight. But I give Sultan props for staying with his gameplan and not trying to play to the crowd. He's a smart, calm fighter. As long as he doesn't come into a fight way out of shape as he did against Ray Austin, I think he's going to be a tough fight for anyone save maybe Wlad or a motivated Valuev.

    Props to Sultan.

because I knew he would easily win this fight even though alot of people on here were picking Holy, just like against Briggs. I wouldn't call myself a huge fan though.
