Yup, dump Mayweather and bring in an aggressive trainer. Panama Lewis, whatever you say about him, was good for Sultan. The crisp southpaw swarmer version of Sultan was very entertaining.

Iggy is the worst top 10 heavyweight of the last 10 years. He is a disgrace for boxing and should disappear forever.

He said he is not retiring, but if after all this time he still doesn't have anything set, I'm not really sure he is making a comeback at all. The good years of his career are quickly flying out the window.

Sultan is one of Wlad's few victims that can come back better. If he reverts to his old style, I would love to see more of him.

He can destroy a B-level Heavy in seconds like he did Javier Mora and can cause A level fighters fits with his awkwardness. He still has a career left in the HW division maybe a couple of big name fights before calling it quits.
    IMO

Eddie Chambers vs Sultan Ibragimov would be an excellent matchup.

Ibragimov is more than a gatekeeper, if anything concerning gatekeeper, he'd be the gatekeeper to the best, aka the Klitschkos, but if not for them he'd probably still be a HW champion. And he should fight Ray Austin again. That was a good fight.

Klit fan: If Ibragimov were fighting in any other Heavyweight Era he'd be top 5 in the division.

Sultan would have bood match ups with Chagaev, Peter, Chambers, Povtkin, Haye, or Arreola. He could box the punchers and punch the boxers.

Wlassy was just too tall and skilled. No shame in that, regardless of what the peanut gallery says.

javier mora has got to be a little less than b level. ibrag is obviously a decent hw who could certainly compete with today's lower ranked top 10 hw's and he should continue if that's his desire, but i agree with those who say he wouldn't have held a belt in too many other eras and was lucky to come across briggs holding one.

Ibragimov is a good fighter and should not retire if he feels he still wants to fight.
