I never admitted that he would crush every other heavyweight out there, I do think is number 1 heavyweight, thats it.

I have said many times that guys like Peter, Valuev, and Chagaev will probably give Wlad trouble in the ring. You did however hear me say Wlad will crush Iggy very badly, and make him look like the B- class heavyweight that he is. Wlad still has a glass jaw that will be exposed the next time he meets a pressure fighter, I pray its Sam Peter.:yep

What I don't like about it is that Ibragimov seems to be going through a style transition with Jeff Mayweather. Being more defensive, cautious and pickey about your punches is going to result in being beaten by Waldo. The guy has vunerabilities with pressure and stamina. You'd have to be a fool not to exploit that.

Byrd essentially was trying to do that in the rematch but simply had too many bad habits associated with that style. Plus he has little power so that doesn't help.

You really have to force the big man to fight inside. And if he clinches, you had better be complaining to the ref, and getting so low to the ground that it appears he's laying on your back. Make him throw hard punches one after another and make him pay. Eventually he will drop.

But standing outside is only going to get Ibragimov measured and knocked out. He cannot match the distance with his speed. He simply isn't THAT fast. Not to forget too that his center of gravity will be so skewed by the time he gets there that his weight transition won't factor into his powershot.

Haven't read all the pages but remember how they both fought against Ray Austin?
Iggy was hanging on for dear life and got lucky with draw.
Wlad KO'd Austin in 2 rnds with right hand tied behind his back.
This is easy KO for Wlad by rnd 6

Wlad WOULD choose the weakest HW title holder.

    Tool.

The WBC is tied up and Chagaev wants no part of a live body for his first defense.

Maskaev or Peter are weaker title holders. At least Ibragimov is undefeated. Maskaev lost against Corey ****in Sanders and Peter has been already defeated by Wlad and was almost KOed by Jameel McCline, who was also defeated by Wlad. :yep

Chagaev could have been another good option for unification. But Ibragimov is fine.

Well said. Ibrag is the second best choice for Wlad to fight, without question.

But ANY other titleholder is fine, cause the division needs unification so badly. :good
