I'd love to see a convincing case of why JMM will beat Floyd.

Dont worry, the same people who said JMM will win, will claim they were joking.

Floyd wins this fight IMO but it wont be an easy fight for him.

if there is any case for JMM it should be as followed.

Distractions in the mayweather camp along with the rib injury and Mexicans do bring it to the body.

New trainer in his corner for this one, another BIG Ego in the way, could also be a factor.
    Ring Rust

but as I said in another thread, Confidence that Marquez has will serve him he has been in a place that Floyd has not, he has been dropped in big fights against a pretty darn good puncher, and he has come back on the score cards and not just survived but actually made for those fights to be very close in which some would argue that he won.......

I think Floyd wins, but Floyd also works harder than he should due to everything surrounding him right now.
I have Mayweather late TKO round 10 or so.

Bascically floyd fans are trying to say that Marquez stands a chance so that they can talk up the win afterwards.

I respect JMM he is a beast but the fact he has been dropped and floyd hasn't is exactly why floyd is going to beat him easy...floyd has been in big fights too...bigger than JMM and he has won them easy....that is why he is the best

I don't think he does but it says more about how floyd is the best than any **** of how JMM is not a worthy tough opponent...he is the LW champion and a top 3 p4p fighter...so u think floyd is that good? ur right

Yes Floyd really is that good. I am not disputing that. However I would have prefered to see him fight a bigger threat. Someone like Mosley or Williams. I don't enjoy paying for mistmatches just so Floyd can buy a new pinky ring.

I am probably gonna get flamed for this but I really don't care.

Floyd seems to have a lot going on right now where as Marquez is training and focusing on the fight. Floyd was just on WWE. He and his father are trying to rekindle their relationship. His uncle was just arrested. His house and car was searched and weapons were taken. He is coming out of retirement and got injured which delayed the fight. People are already putting it out there that they would like to see Floyd vs Manny.

I don't think Marquez has that much pressure on him. He is basically more focused and doesn't have any possibility of ring rust which Floyd may or may not have. The extra time to train and prepare has helped Marquez adjust to the extra weight. This is probably the biggest fight in Marquez's career which is why I think he is more focused and will be more prepared on fight night. I don't think Mayweather's head is in the right place.

Marquez doesn't have "a punch" in my opinion for this fight. Diaz was always going to be the uppercut.

Maybe the jab, but the deficit in speed is not a joke.

That's it, that's the whole reason JMM will defeat Mayweather
