He has made it clear enough that he wants Joshua as soon as possible!

Bellew actually surprised me by looking quite good at times. I was expecting Usyk to be more dominant than he was. Could be that Bellew is flat out better than we gave him credit for or that Usyk took his time about getting into a groove. I think he could beat Schmeling, btw.

Schmeling wouldn't put a dent in Usyk.

    Schmeling isn't a HW by today's standards.

Bellew is crap. If he's the second best cruiserweight - which I don't think he is - that would be a horrible indictment of Usyk's resume.

Only the UK Sky team was saying Bellew was a great CW. And they are the worst cheerleaders in the world of boxing. They throw all logic to the winds when a UK boxer fights a non-UK boxer.

Please remind of all those great "heavyweight" victories Pastor chalked up in his day. It truly is a mighty ledger.

Schmeling could put a dent in anybody that he could hit.

    Among others:

    Ray Imelettiere
    Al Ettore
    Lee Ramage
    Maxie Rosenbloom
    Gus Dorazio
    Rosco Toles
    Turke Tomphspon
    Lem Franklin
    Jimmy Bivins

He also drew with Lou Nova and Tami Mauriello

Most of those men were ranked in the top ten when he beat them incidentally.

Yes I would say that is a pretty solid resume!

I didn't get that impression at all. I think he will stick his toe in the water with a couple of lesser heavies before getting anywhere near the top 5 or 6.The likes of Dave Allen, then maybe Chisora.Hearn is talking about the end of 2019 beginning of 2020.

He probably will do something like that, but he has stated that Joshua is the target, and within a comparatively short time frame.

That could be interesting for this forum!
