I'd pick Oleksander Usyk to beat Max Schmeling

Look at what David Haye did to a younger Chisorah.

    Just saying!

Two totally different fighters. Uysk doesn't have Haye's power but Haye does not have Uysk's skill.

Look what Foreman did to Frazier yet Ali pretty much went life and death with him. Would you say Foreman is better than Ali because of that?

Every current top 10 heavyweight would be expected to decision or stop Chisora now.

As I said - Max would school Chisora as well. This fight proves nothing and it's not like Usyk looked like another Ali beating him.

Usyk will be the champ, I suspect.

Assuming Usyk is serious about refusing step-aside money, and assuming the WBO are serious about stripping Joshua if he doesn't fight Usyk, Usyk will fight Dubois, Parker or Joyce, but probably Dubious or Parker for the WBO title sometime next year. Win or lose, Joshua is preferred by Usyk to Fury, so presuming Joshua doesn't retire after being beat by Fury twice, Usyk will be the road back and the fight the WBO will have been trying to make for 18 months by the time he is looking for one.

Whether or not all of this comes to pass is another matter, but I'm sure Joshua would prefer Parker or Doubois to Usyk.

I'm not convinced that Joshua-Fury fight is a "done deal".
And in that case, AJ will be best advised to fight Usyk first, based on Usyk's performances so far at heavyweight AJ should batter him for a decent payday. And keep all his belts.

I'm not sure I'd make Joseph Parker worse than evens against Usyk either.

It definitely is not. But I do think it will happen before any other fight next year. It's too rich and there's too much that could go wrong. It's going to dwarf any other fight that could be made now, excluding only Canelo probably.

Paker doesn't hit hard enough to KO Usyk with one punch I don't think and is clearly at a serious stylistic advantage here, at least for me. I'd make him a heavy, heavy favourite to beat Parker.

Imagine Joshua-Usyk happened before Joshua-Fury and Usyk won. That would cost boxing a 100 million.

Well, for Ali Frazier was more difficult cos his style. Once he managed to get close, robotic machine started to work and Frazier in some stuff was excellent.
Foreman predicted his strength sides a bit better and managed to do all the best to prevent him to close distance.

Foreman vs Usyk? Prime Foreman had put him into hospital's ICU.

I don't know. The way Usyk is being hyped, and his undefeated record and pedigree, if he beat Joshua for 3 major belts ..... I imagine Fury-Usyk would be absolutely massive.

It would not be massive sir. I mean Ruiz got double figure millions for fighting Joshua the second time and you could see something like that if that's what you mean, but it will be no bigger. Fury-Joshua is another level all together. Then another level.

Joshua better not slip up against Pulev then.

Or Fury against whatever pass he picks. There's plenty that could go wrong.

    Yep.

I do hope Fury fights again this year, against Kabayel I guess, rather than Takam or any of the others named. But I'm less convinced that that fight will go ahead (esp. with new lockdown).

Well the one thing about all this is that you can stage the fight absolutely anywhere because there are no ticket sales to worry about. So they can stage it on the Isle of Man, or Caithness or Orkney. I mean i'm not suggesting they will, but with Frank's network something in Aberdeen or Dundee is not beyond question.
