    Quoteth Bruno, never more.

How does Classic feel about this deep, impacting statement made by Britain's heavyweight hero, Frank Bruno!?

    Please comment and discuss.

He was one of Tyson's intimidation victims.

Bruno and Lewis didn't like each other much. And Bruno did better against Lewis than he did against Tyson.

I think that he is sincere.

Tyson obviously intimidated him in a way that Lewis didn’t, and I think it is fair to say that he did better against Lewis.

And I can bet Tyson would rather face Bruno every week than face Lewis once a year. :D

Frank Bruno was never Britain's Heavyweight hero. He was taken to British hearts because he was a likeable buffoon.

I would rather face Lewis than Bruno. Bruno, though stiff, had concrete hands. Lewis had to swing that overarm right like a baseball bat. Bruno hit as hard from the elbow! And was accurate, too.

Bruno gave Lewis a lesson in jabbing. Bruno was very unfortunate to lose to Lewis, he had Lewis on the verge of a stoppage, when Lewis "Lashed out with a wild swinging left-hook" from knowhere, which tagged Bruno on the chin. Frank Bruno believes he had Lewis number up unto that point in their fight. Lewis through the left-hook while looking down at the floor.
