    Berto didnt impress me much yesterday and hes lucky he didnt fight Mosley. I think Berto gets ktfod if he fights Margarito. Hed take an early lead and score cause of advantage in speed but Margarito would take his shots easy and break him down and stop him aroun 9.

    i think so too..i think margarito is the second best thing aside from mosely at 147..the handwraps really hurt his career tho..but i still think hes a skilled fighter with or without bricks

    Ive been watching Margarito since he was an 18 year old prospect and he has always hit hard and won in the same fashion as his most recent ones, i am sure he wasnt packing since he turned pro.

    Totally agree. I also think Mayweather, Pacquiao, Mosley, and Cotto all do the same thing and knock Berto the **** out.

    I think Margarito would overwelm Berto (considering Margos chin is still intact, Cotto softened up margs chin, and mosley cracked it) if hes still durable, i say he overtakes berto and stops him late maybe....

    In fact, if i was Bob Arum this is the fight id go for, a very winnable fight against an undefeated prospect who holds a belt and a name.

    Berto beats both Margarito and cotto people are seriously underrating Quintana.

    I understand this question. Margarito was stripped of a weapon that would have given him a serious advantage versus outsider Mosley. Why would Margarito have been wearing these cheating tools for an outsider like Mosley but not a hotish favourte like Cotto? How do we know what form he is capable of without them, if he was wearing them on other occasions? Who knows the way that thing panned out? Nobody. So we have to wait and see on Margarito, it's very difficult to judge. My own guess is he won't do very well on his way back and his fans will blame the weight and the rest of us will pretty much condemn him as a cheat in retropsect.

    Agreed. Besides, Margarito is a bum. Both his wins against Cintron and Cotto are complete bull**** and everyone knows it. How anyone can talk about this guy as if he is a legit fighter is beyond me.

    Quintana just didnt look that great either, certainly not the same Quintana that beat Williams not even the same one that was kod by Cotto.

    Oh by the Way Cotto whups his ass too:yep

    Those wins were not bull**** Margarito has been kicking ass and knocking guys out for a while already, i picked him to ko both Cintron and Cotto when they were hot. Like i said before this is all overblown and i saw Margarito when he was coming up and he has always been a relentless and heavyhanded fighter. Do you really think he has been wearing "Plaster" his whole career?
