I did think he made a meal of some of the more borderline shots that Johnson threw.... Its not as if faking low blows is something he hasn't did in the past. Again however I agree. Neither Chagaev or Valuev convincingly beat Ruiz. If Haye could do it really would send a message.
O definitly. His Pulitzer peformance was Oscar worthy. The fight was a debacle. At that time Johnson hadnt lost a fight.Everyone thought he may be the only worthy challenger to LL. Boy were the journalists wrong. The only one person thats ever beaten him convincgly is Jones and Tua. If Haye can add himself to that that would be a great result. But i just cant see it happening.
Yep let him fight that old bum Rahman. Apart from a name on his resume we will learn nothing about Haye's heavyweight title credentials.
After seeing Golota on eurosport last night (his fight against mollo) i'm thinking he could be a perfect first opponent. good name on the record, well ranked by the WBC and WBA, and very ploddy.
I'd like to see him fight Valuev. Whoever it is he can' afford to **** around if he is serious about retiring in a couple of years. No time for messing around with lower ranked fighters.
If you keep your eyes on that for too long it begins to hypnotise you. Not a quote for the epileptics among us. Anyway back to the subject. I'll go with the flow and say that Rahman would be ideal for a first opponent, but there are quite a few high-reward/low risk fights he could make.
Yep. Rahmen would be good but there is a long list of potential fighters that could be picked. All old has beens with little threat. Probably a good choice for his first start back at hjeavy.
