Sounds like you're a fairly similar build to me (I'm 6'1, 207lbs). 201 (91kg - heavyweight) is probably the obvious category, but if you have a fair bit of excess weight then you might be a chance of making 178 (81kg - light heavyweight). Although if you're that tall with a broad frame then you don't sound like a light heavy.
Weight classes don't come in to play in the amateurs until you have enough experience to compete in tournaments. Just get in to good shape and see where your body ends up, then worry about it if you need to.
I'm about 6'1 195, with a very broad back, naturally. When I was 16-17, I used to fight at Middleweight and SM, I was getting a good bit of TKO's/stoppages, I was overpowering most of the guys I was fighting. I decided to gain weight at 20 through lifting and eating a ton of protein, I got up to around 200, I gained power, but lost alot of stamina and speed in punches, especially my jab. And fought for a little bit at cruiser, I did ok, but my power was not nearly as devastating as it once was at middleweight and SM. If I were you I would try to either fight at SM or LT heavyweight, your power will be there at that weight, and should find **** load easier to push your man back with your a jab alot easier, and time your man up for that big right hand. My trainers have always stressed there fighters to get down to the lowest weight possible, where you can still function properly and have power as well. Your trainer will let you know what weight you should be at from the begining depending on your skill level and natural power and speed, he will determine where you should be at, my guess is light Heavyweight.
