    It was a legitimate knockdown, but that punch didn't look hard enough to knock Ramos out cold.

    Tbf a lot of people have claimed health benefits (and not just holistic medicine and new age kooks) for a long time, but..nothing scientifically convincing, and certainly - for me anyway - nothing convincing ENOUGH. :lol:
