He's with Haymon though!!! Surely you must like him based on that more than the likes of Pacquiao and Brook- who not only don't have a skin colour you approve of, but aren't with Haymon either
he's not gonna be as good as we first thought, but the guys hating on him are mostly american which is ironic because he'd probably still beat any american middleweight. american middleweights have been shockingly bad for many years
I'm not sure if I'd pick him over Curtis Stevens after yesterday's performance, let alone Jacobs or Quillin.
It was just one bad performance though you gotta judge a guy overall, did you not see his fight before this one.. that was one of his most impressive performances..he was moving his head more and defending better he looked really good. I think he;s an inconsistent fighter. Anyway he still has a lot of positives to his game, a lot to work with. He was a brilliant amateur with a granite chin, last night was the first time in his life that he;d been knocked down. I aint writing him off just yet.. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he chinned those fighters you listed in the first round.
I was just never high on Khytrov in the pro ranks, always thought Derevyanchenko, Quigley, Murata, Blanco(I know, lol) were the better MW prospects. Hopefully he'll work on the many visible flaws in his game and come back better.

With more head movement and faster reaction, he can still be a future champ. When he was hit hard, it was like he was frozen for a moment.
I agree... he could still KO some champs without any improvement, but defo needs to focus most of his training on head movement and defence. I'm not writing a guy with the amateur record he has off just yet after one bad night and oneloss.
