If 15 Rounds Had Never been Scrapped..?

    If that was a 15 round fight and it went to a13th round, Meldrick Taylor would be a tragic statistic....because he had 'dominated' the fight.

    I usually think the whole fight will be different if it’s 12 vs 15 since fighters pace themselves differently. I actually think Bruno-McCall would be similar through 15 though.

    The fight was very slow paced. Bruno seemed to have some sort of panic attack before the 12th. Despite Bruno’s stamina issues, I think he would be okay through 14 because of how slow the fight was going. Then before the 15th, he’d have a panic attack, barely survive, and win the fight.

    Taylor-Chavez would not have ended with the controversy.
