Who cares if it was 10 or 20 years a go. The guy is saying no matter what level, a loss is a loss, and a guy should avenge it.

Stopped? He was KO'd in both. What are you talking about?

According to Richard Schaefer of GBP, they are considering Peterson, Murray, Ortiz or Mccloskey.

And last I checked, Prescott wasn't an undefeated European title holder, so yes even Mccloskey is a better opponent than Prescott.

Bud, he could names drop Floyd Mayweather, when McCloskey signs on dotted line, what will it mean?

No, but lets see if that happens, cause as of right now, it appears he's side stepping a guy that beat him, to fight a guy with less credentials who brings less money, does less for his reputation, whilst trying to pass it off as Prescott not being worthy.

    Mitchell v Prescott II please.

Mitchell really needs this fight....he won and history shows that. But I heard he spends all his time in his room crying that Breidis won't rematch him.

And what would you say if Khan schools Prescott this time around? Oh, Prescott was never all that, Khan needs to face someone with both power and technique, Kahn needs to step into the ring with Wlad Klitchko and take a shot flush on the chin to prove he can take a shot.....

Jesus, what a steaming pile of B.S. I bet you weren't demanding a Prescott rematch before Maidana because you expected to Khan to get KTFO. Really, just dispense with the B.S., just be honest about your agenda and admit you want to see Khan lose. You'd gain far more respect if you did......

Mate, why are you so sprung on Prescott?

Honestly, I don't get how he's such a big deal. Who cares!

He chose McCloskey. It's his choice. Who gives a **** about Prescott. The one trick pony will always be a one trick pony.

McCloskey can Box. Prescott can't. McCloskey is more of a test than Prescott ever would be, and this is coming from a guy who'd prefer a Prescott fight purely because it'd be more exciting and Khan would get a win, but it won't help him enhance at all.

I scored a Mitchell near shut-out, along with several other people.

Prescott is a non-entity to me, to Khan and to many others. Maidana was his test.

Why are Prescott's team begging for a rematch time and time again? His manager even made a Twitter with the name BreidisPrescott and is constantly calling Khan out on it. Desperate much?

Why do we need to see Khan out-box Prescott for 12? He screwed Maidana 9/12 rounds.

Really, he's had his 10 seconds of fame and that's it. Face it. He's a non-entity and I'll be completely happy if Khan doesn't face him.

Both were on the floor and KOed. Why would you try to mince words to keep afloat a faulty argument?

Prescott is not worth wasting a training camp for. I'd love to see the fight, but Khan's next fight in the US will be a unification bout.

Why on earth would you fight a washed-up has-been instead of an opponent with proper head movement, speed, power, agility and heart?

The reason why i don't like this fight is because there are people on this forum who will NEVER give any credit to Khan. I saw it after he took the Maidana fight and after he beat Maidana by a UD.

Khan has nothing to prove to keyboard warriors by taking a pointless fight for which he knows the critics will not give him any credit for.

So freaking what? Pacquiao is one example of many others.

Mike Tyson never got back in the ring with James Buster Douglas. What does that say about him?

It's a load of rubbish. Prescott is the past. Simple as.

Exactly. If anything, he'll get slated for it.

It'll never happen again, and never should.

Does it matter what I'd say? it wouldn't hold no legitimacy then would it? and I could be classified as nothing more than a hater.

Listen, its up to Khan if he never fights Prescott again, I wont crucify him for it, but dont try and gloss over the fact that your opting not to fight him by claiming him to be irrelevant, when he clearly he is relevant, which is backed up by the amount of money he can generate, the way Amir could, with a win over Prescott, shape the perception of the general public in Britain who saw him get knocked out.

I picked Khan to win to be honest. The only agenda, is people like you who want to mask over cold hard truths, that Khan is not fighting Prescott, cause he just doesn't want to, for what ever reason.

Katsdis isnt even proven at lightweight yet alone light welter. also he hasnt got a style to replicate devon or timbo.

Khan is always moaning about fighters over pricing themslelves isnt he sweetheart.

So why wont he fight the guy who will make him the most money, take even less then peterson and avenge a loss and put an end to this nonsense.

Amir Khan can fill up a 15-20K arena in the UK at the drop of a hat.

Doesn't matter who his opponent is.
