If a guy like Jimrex Jaca can hurt Marquez, Valero can surely do a lot better..

Marquez is underrated around here. This dude would **** Valero up and wouldn't break a sweat doing it.

If mother****ing Mosquera can have Valero on ***** street, imagine what Marquez would do to him

    holy ****! :admin

Anyways I like Valero I think the kid's got potential, but he doesn't have the potential to reach the point that Marquez is at today.

marquez would embarrass valero. i dont know how he can deal with marquez combos, especially the right uppercut with that **** defense.. and you seem to underestimate marquez ability to control the pace, valero will be countered all throughout and his wide swings will be worthless..but his power will be the equalizer

It's brutal war is all I know. Both guys are warriors with differing but exceptional skill sets. JMM has some super-ability to recover from punches so I don't really think being hurt in previous fights necessarily has any baring on future fights. Valero has the super punch.

Finito, you know I love both fighters so I prefer to never see this fight. All I can say is JMM is a tougher fight for Valero than Pacquiao would be (*******s, I know you'll cry so just STFU! LOL). JMM seems stronger at 135 since moving up and he's as smart in the ring as any fighter around. Can that counter-act the brute-force and speed/reaction of Valero? I don't know. Both fighters have so many intangibles, it's a tough fight to call.

Well, it's obviously just speculative on my part but I just see things that lead me to believe it until I see something different!

Jaca is a technical fighter , thats why the fight turned out that way.
Valero on the other hand is a little reckless, relying on his power to KO his opponents, which is actually effective for him. But how many class A fighters has he fought? It will all be different once he gets in the ring with a fighter better than Mosquera.

Marquez recovered and finished Jaca. Valero is a Hatton in the making! Let me explain one of his trainers left him because he would not listen to his advice. Valero's strength is his weakness--he believes his power is so awesome that he does not need to work on his defensive flaws. My point that a fight with Valero would be competive it would end with Valero going down for the count just like Ricky did with Floyd and Manny.
