It be close, but I'd have to give the edge to Pac at 135.. Here are some reasons why I believe Pac would beat JMM, more convincingly at 135..

    01. Pac is a beast at 135.. Yes, JMM looked extremely well against Casamayor, but Pac has more power IMO, and is still fast as ever.. At 130, Pac was starting to drain too much to make weight, especially in his last fight against JMM.. 135 suits Pac more I think..

    02. We know Pac can still bang, ask David Diaz.. No matter how shitty you wanna' say he is, Pac displayed extremely well boxing in that fight.. He used his feet and he's becoming a more polished boxer than what he was before.. Therefor, with Pac still learning, he can use that new boxing ability he's still improving in to his advantage as JMM is a superb tech.. Pac could always start throwing bombs still.. When Pac starts throwing hail marys, he opens up JMM which always seems to lead to a KD..

    03. Other questions remain as well.. Like, can JMM take Pac's monster left on the chin at 135? Will Pac tire quicker at 135 since he was somewhat weight drained in their last fight? Will JMM's age catch up to him? Will the fight with DLH take a toll on Pac? And many other questions..

As long as Pac doesn't take a beating from DLH in which could effect him, then I see Pac being the victor against JMM in a second rematch at 135.. It'll be close, but not so controversial..

Pac looked better at 135. He looked lethargic at the weigh-in for the Marquez rematch yet he still put on a hurting on JMM. At 135, Pac's fight weight would still be the same as it was for the JMM rematch. This should debunk the argument that the added weight would make Paclose power. I believe it's the opposite. Against JMM at 135, his punches would have more zip. The difference here is that he won't be weight drained and would be actually stronger come fight night.

In addition, people like to point out that it took Pac 9 rounds to depose of David Diaz. What gets failed to be mentioned is that Pac never blitzed Diaz and just systematically dismantled him. He never went for the homerun in that fight. If he did, I'd venture to say 6 rounds tops and he would have ko'ed Diaz.

With more familiarity with JMM's style (which could be explained as JMM backing about 2 inches after Pac throws and countering) and with added strength,I think the rubber match would favor Pac more.

Also in terms of handspeed, it's more about their contrasting styles. Pac throws harder punches thus throwing combinations slower. But Pac throws his 1-2 with lightning speed, which would be the most effective combination with the type of force Pac throws. He also throws mostly from the outside, making it harder for him to throw 3-5 punch combos.

JMM on the other hand is a master counterpuncher with a great sense of timing and distance. He's always in position to throw combinations because of that style. Just by that nature, he is not initiating so when he makes the other guy miss (which is often the case) or off-balanced, he's in perfect position to throw a a series of punches, whereas Pac with his stalking style usually has to open someone with rapid fire single shots before he can throw combinations.

Marquez will eek out a SD at 135. Pac will then go on to fight at 140 lbs against Hatton and Marquez later follows him up for a rubber match.
Pac wins the rubber match and retires. :yep

4 fights, 4 divisions, Pac wins the war. :yep

    good handspeed not incredible.

marquez won both previous fights and will probably win this fight again but pacman will still get rewarded the decision unless he loses his p4p status by losing to ODLH
