If a prime Hopkins or Hagler came back now, how would he fare at middleweight?

    Clean house.

But Hagler probably makes 154 if not 147 today with modern rehydration methods and 36+ hour weigh ins.

Early MW Hopkins from the mid to late 90s is Badly underrated. He was solid across the board, power, speed, workrate, chin, technique, big strong and tough as nails. Not the "boring" fighter many remember from later on. A real killer

Just watch the Hopkins vs Glen Johnson fight and imagine that Liam Smith replaces Glen Johnson there.

I'm not really up on the current middleweight s tbh but either man, especially Hagler, I'm sure would be picking up the belts.
