..what percentage does he keep? After tax, after handlers, trainers, managers, hangers, After partries, accomodation, gym expenses etc etc.

It depends from case to case.

Some fighters dont have all of those mentioned - handler, manager, hanger on.

Some do and some dont party

Some do and some dont pay for gym expenses

Some pay their trainer a flat fee which can vary from 5-15%

Freddie Roach I think gets 10% from Pacquiao's winnings.

Pacquiao's strength/conditioning coach gets a flat fee, and just gets an extra bonus after the fight, especially if Manny wins.

Tax on this income in the USA right off the top is 51%. Then 10-20% to your trainer and promoter. Fees for sanctions if applicable. Training and gym costs. Cutmen and cornermen usually work for a flat rate.

A normal fighter will actually net maybe 1/3 of the total bill. Stupid fighters ala a rahman fight for much less.

Couldn't a fighter avoid some of that tax bill by incorporating himself, thus getting to take his fight expenses (ie, business expenses) out of his revenue so Uncle Sam can only take his cut from the final earnings?

No, they will always be taxed on their gross earnings. However, they can claim all of those expenses when it is time for Tax season and get a reduced amoutn paid off of the gross (total). I am not an expert but I have been through this process. I was also working while fighting so I had to hire an accountant. BTW my highest purse ever was $7,500 and I was in dreamland;)

Just remember fighters often get screwed. remember when Rahman turned down 20 million to fight tyson and then 17 million for lewis because his promoter don king gave him 500k in cash. :deal

Thanks for the input, that's something I was always curious about because like just about everything, I figured there'd have to be a loophole in there somewhere. I know you're right on fighters getting screwed as well, but dammit Hasim did himself no favors there. I had forgotten about the Rahman thing, until now.... There's really nothing you can do but shake your head and laugh when you hear of a move like that.
