Even though Abe looked **** against Froch it's different styles. I think it's a long shot but probably 5-1, not as bad as the Caba/Litzau odds.

Abes power still gives him a chance, and theres no reason to believe Ward can hurt Abe.

 

Exactly! We don't know exactly what sort of whiskers Ward has. And he has been on the canvas, so if Abraham catches him, he could win.

 

styles make fights. he will have a better chance against ward.

abraham looked bad against froch and dirrell. especially froch. he looked like he had no chance after the eight round and was possibly going to get KO'd. if he loses to ward, he should go back down to 160.

 

Untested chin? The mother****er fought Edison Miranda and absorbed quite a few shots from Bika on saturday. Don't be a dip****.

 

I was wondering the same thing. Even Green tagged him with a good left hook and Ward smiled it off.

 

Yea he fought Miranda after he was dismantled by Pav, which destroyed the fighter he was.. Then Abraham finished anything Miranda had left, that was a shell he faced..

Green does not have world class power, skills, or heart. Johnson showed us what happens when you push Green. It really showed us why green was never willing to let go when behind in big fights.

Sure Wards ate some shots but never anything clean, with that dirty punch and grab style.. it's very hard to get off clean shots before getting tied up.

so yea i stick by it that wards chin is untested at the world level..

 

I think Abraham will give him a good fight. I don't think he'll win but I say he gives a much better account of himself than he did against Froch.

It would be a noteable upset but not as much as Litzau beating Caballero for me.
