...then Froch is getting knocked out. Abraham has the better punch and the better chin in my opinion. Thoughts? :bbb
Bold prediction Sherlock. Abraham's chin and power hasn't been tested at 168. Sure his power put Jermain Taylor out, but that was round 12 and Taylor was already damaged goods. As for his chin. Well, he was put down by Andre Dirrell. And Froch might just be the heaviest handed guy he's ever faced, bar maybe Miranda.
Way to write a couple of paragraphs and basically say nothing, Splinter-Ass. Do you have a conviction on who will win the fight, or are you just here to place your fat booty squarely on the fence?
I agree. Thou Froch has under rated Boxing skills but for me he looks pretty skilled guy he just is bit sloppy and not fast but guy has skills. Froch is able to box AA but we will see if he is gonna do it... Froch went in WAR against Pascal and Pascal is tough mofo too. And Froch came on Top. i kinda hope this turn out to be HUGE WAR at Finland, when two this kind of WArriors getting at it it is gonna be Gunz Blazing if it lives upexpectations:good:good:good:good
One of the worst poll in esb history. What you are saying is the only way someone gets knocked out is if it turns into a war. YDKSAB
I voted C Both are cagey counterpunchers who rely primarily on speed and skill. There's next to zero chance of a war in this one
Miranda? :think Froch is by far a heavier puncher than Miranda. Dirrell might be a heavier puncher too
You've just done exactly that you tool. 'If' it turns into a war, Froch gets KO'd. You've basically just made a thread to reiterate what most people have been saying for months. Doesn't sound like an answer of great conviction to me either. Yes, I do. Froch UD.
Abraham's defence and better technique would make more of a difference in a war. Not sure about his chin though, AA has had a lot of wear and tear with a lot more to prove at 168 and Froch is kind of underrated in terms of his footwork and power. His power is more of the accumulative thudding type, which is different to Abraham's but not necessarily lower.
Froch has shown that he can box, one example being the latter half of the Pascal fight. If he fights with that type of discipline and solid fundamentals, I would expect him to outpoint Abraham, who is effective yet limited (and outsized). But we know Froch likes to go to war, we have seen this numerous times. If he drops the hands and gets drawn into a firefight, he will get knocked out. I believe this. Are we clear now? Goody.
