    Definatley top ten.

Light heavy champ, Cruiserweight champ and now top 5 heavy (providin he beats Arreola).

Arreola is a top 5 HW. And Adamek was a champ at Light Heavyweight, the man at Crusierweight, and then a win over Arreola is a great resume. For those that don't have Adamek in their top 15 right now, there is something wrong. If he isn't at least in the top if he beats Arreola, there is something. (Especially, if Sergio Martinez is in the ****ing top 5 LMAO)

    Yes, that's a big IF.

Then again, that assumption is the point of the poll. :good

    That's a bizzare statement.

How did Adamek suddenly lose all his skills just because he filled out a little bit. Or lets take Haye who was entering the ring at over 215lbs when he was a CW and now is entering the ring at not much heavier as a HW. How does that mean he now has less skills?

if he cames in at 200 and beats a guy who is 245 it is more impressive than if he comes in at 220. a case could be made if he shows better power or better stamina because he was weight drained at the lighter weight but that has not been the case thus far. the skill set of everyone in the heavyweight division (except for ancient Toney) is so inferior to the lighter weight classes I really cannot see a case being made for anyone to rank in the top 10-15. Hell i like both of these guys but a win by either one would not put them in my top 15. Admeck, like Haye are just the flavour of the month.

    for beating who?

Beating a retired 40-something crazy guy, A draw with nobody Estrada, for being chased away from his own weight class by Dawson?

A fair ranking is somewhere around no. 40-50, and that is being generous.

I disagree. When you come from the lighter weights and you achieve success at HW, then it must be, inter alia, because of your skill. The best example is Holyfield. Whats more both Adamek and Haye added not more than 10 pounds, since they moved up to HW.

So, you would have Martinez in your top 10, yet, Adamek 40-50. :patsch Wow. Ok. LMAO.

If Adamek beats Arreola it just means that a huge number of fighters from lower divisions can beat arreola!

Ward, Dawson, Dirrell and many more.

Granted - this depends HOW Adamek wins. If he wins by using speed and movement, then there are many many more faster and better at that than Adamek who we would have to say would beat Arreola too.

If Adamek wins in a gutsy brawl, well - then maybe someof them would not necessarily be able to copy that.

I say that is he wins on speed and movement then many many others surely can copy that (better than Adamek) - and this should therefore not give Adamek any position in the P4P (it just shows that Arreola is easily beat by speed). If he wins by brawling and outmuscles arreola than Adamek moves to 15-20.

A pound of Adamek wouldn't be top ten against a pound of quite a few current fighters.

I dont think so. If Adamek beats Arreola, it means that he has some power at HW. Its because you cannot run for the whole 12 rounds and if Arreola doesnt have to respect Adamek's power a bit then the fight would be a very short fight for Adamek.

No one of these fighters you mentioned here would have serious power at HW. They could beat John Ruiz as RJJ did, but not Arreola, who is a puncher.

    Let's be real.

Adamek is a gutsy guy, but he is anything bur P4P material.

He is more a Gatti type who can create popularity because he gets hit so much and also hits his opponents a lot. But P4P in the sense of real crafty fighters - no, not at all.
